Love the fact that it is located high in the mountain while still being in the city center. Though walking track is narrow and crowded at general. Either early morning or middle of the day is time enjoy quietness. It depends on preferences.

I feel so excited to ride on this half century old cable car. Though the peak has nothing to do (zip line is coming soon), but the view is nice.
Wow amazing , I’ve been there for the first time last month and for sure it will not be the last time, such beautiful city , you have to be there Frequently due to the kindness-of the people, tasty food, amazing views and warm weather
The cable car is broken and the lake is currently frozen. Not much open up there is open or interesting when it's not summer. In summertime it might be nice, especially if you have kids. Intellegencia cafe is great
The cable car is closed. We went today and were told it was broken. The turtle lake is nice but not worth going without the cable car.
Of you want to visit turtle lake, use the cable car. lt's fast and cheap. Also enjoy the nice city view during the travel.
